Troll doll or Tanana? ... Only time will tell

This week, I was greatly amused by the thought that I have something to look forward to in my old age... And that is of my appearance resembling a Troll doll.

Where did the logic arise for this glorious hope? I don't know. I think it may derive from my early morning time points. I get up and head to the lab in my PJ's, which most times consist of an oversized Hairy Otter T-shirt (from the Minnesota Zoo, Thank You Megan Pidduck), black capri sweats, and deviant hair styles that have reminded me of a house-elf (okay it's really my clothes that best reflect a lowly house elf), Severus Snape (oily black hair), or TROLLS! Ever since the thought was planted, I have come to favor the image. Why? First of all, I have the russet skin tone for it. Second, I am confident my hair will turn bright white since my grandpa has white hair and I've mapped out the genetics. Last of all, I can imagine my face break into a thousand wrinkles when I smile. I am certain that I will have wrinkles because I smile and laugh daily. Plus, these cheeks of mine will unmistakably still exist and contribute to the wide, toothless smile typified by the Troll dolls of the world.

Then again, I have also been told (by my family) that I will most likely look like Tanana, the shaman woman from Disney's Brother Bear.

Either way, I'm tickled by the thought.
